This website presents a brief overview of the benefits program for U.S.
employees. Regular U.S. employees working 30 or more hours per week are
eligible for all the benefit plans described. Interns working 30 or more
hours per week are eligible for health care coverage, paid holidays, Life
Balance resource and referral service and Real Life Benefits.
