Rani Yadav-Ranjan, CEO
Rani Yadav-Ranjan is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Construction Navigator, a Software and business intelligence firm. CNi's products are used in the banking, insurance and construction industry. Yadav-Ranjan has verifiably year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objective with start-up and rapid change environments. In addition she pursues strategic alliances, helps to mentor women entrepreneurs of several Silicon Valley organizations. She has been interview by the San Jose Mercury News, KLIV radio station and San Jose Business Journal as an entrepreneur and on small business issues such as advocate on Taxation.
Yadav-Ranjan's eight years as an entrepreneurial executive, coupled with over ten years of focused experience in e-commerce, banking and construction puts her in a unique vantage point to provide insight into this fast-growing market. She has filed multiple patents on Ecommerce, On-line payments and Mathematic algorithm on Construction contractor rating and scoring, Predictive and analysis based on-line marketing.
Among the boards and commissions she is active is the prestigious California Economic Commission's Goods and Trade and the HP Arena Board. Recently she served on San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed's transition team. She worked with existing and new city council members on the Government Reform and Ethics committee focusing on Lobbyist reform, Land use reform and Ethics.

Prior to joining
Construction Navigator in Febuary 2008, Dan was Vice President at Astoria Software. At Astoria he repositioned the company business model resulting in multi-million in bookings in the first year of operations. He has also held various management positions at Prelytic Software and Xamplify.
